The pre-opening special price for the locations inside The Rif Fort is ANG. 60,-/US$ 34 per square meter per month, excl. taxes. The price for the locations in Renaissance Mall is ANG. 100,-/US$ 56 per square meter per month, excl. taxes. In addition to the rent there is an advertising and promotion fee of ANG. 8,- /US$ 4.50 per square meter per month, excl. taxes. Upon signing of the lease agreement, a two month rent is required as a security deposit.
